Privacy Policy

Vicky Audio is a public beta. We collect only what is needed to run accounts, collaboration rooms, uploads, abuse prevention, support, and service reliability.

Data We Store

Account handles, optional email addresses, profile details, room/session data, uploaded media, messages/posts you create, moderation reports, login/session metadata, and operational logs such as IP address, user agent, rate-limit events, and health metrics.

How We Use Data

We use data to provide the app, keep sessions synced, prevent abuse, moderate reports, debug failures, protect accounts, and improve reliability during beta.

Rooms and Calls

Private rooms require an invitation or an assigned role. A room code alone does not grant access. Voice and video calls require sign-in, your microphone/camera permission, and admission by a room leader. Approved call participants receive your enabled audio/video tracks. Leaving the call or losing the connection stops those tracks.

We do not probe WebRTC addresses or collect your browser timezone for fingerprinting. The server still receives your connection IP address and may use IP-based approximate location and network information for abuse prevention; this is not precise device location.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Infrastructure providers may process data to host the app, database, backups, email, TURN/WebRTC, and monitoring.

Your Choices

Do not upload content you do not want other collaborators or moderators to see. Contact support to request account or content deletion during beta.
